We also have drawing furnaces, a parts washer and induction annealing equipment. Our baskets are 48" long x 32" wide we can heat-treat parts that are 24" high. Our furnace is capable of running up to 700# per load. We also have a hardness tester so that we can test the parts. Call us for any of your heat-treating needs. It is helpful to know what kind of steel the parts are made of and how hard you would like them and also the case depth hardness.
